Whether your assistance needs are temporary, such as when recovering from illness or surgery, or ongoing, your independence is respected and nurtured at Ballard Landmark.

Our Assisted Living Services operate with two goals. First, we work with you to keep you safe. Second, we continue to respect, support and encourage your personal decisions, well-being and privacy.

• Meal trays delivered to your apartment

Before starting services, we conduct an assessment of your needs. This assessment enables us to create your individual care plan. The assisted living staff at Ballard Landmark work with you and your doctor to organize a plan that is right for you.

The individual care plan spells out the specifics – the services, frequency and costs. If your needs change, the care plan and monthly fee will be adjusted to reflect increases or decreases in care.
