How GenCare Lifestyle Is Redefining Aging With a Bold Summer Campaign: “Live Fully. Age Fearlessly.”

At GenCare Lifestyle, we believe aging isn’t the end of the story—it’s a powerful new chapter filled with energy, joy, and connection. That’s why we’re launching our boldest summer campaign yet: Live Fully. Age Fearlessly.

Running June through September 2025, this campaign celebrates the science and spirit behind vibrant senior living. Across all six of our Puget Sound communities, we’re inviting residents, families, and neighbors to join us in embracing a lifestyle where wellness, purpose, and community come first.

A Vibrant Approach to Longevity and Wellness

SEATTLE, WA — June 18, 2025 — Research continues to demonstrate that an active, socially engaged lifestyle significantly enhances health outcomes and longevity for older adults. GenCare Lifestyle, a premier senior living provider with wellness-focused retirement communities across the Puget Sound region, is proud to launch its newest campaign, Live Fully. Age Fearlessly.

This initiative highlights GenCare’s belief that senior living should empower individuals to live with intention, joy, and purpose—helping them thrive at every stage of life.

"The science is clear: staying socially active and engaged isn’t just about quality of life—it’s directly linked to better health outcomes and increased longevity. Too often, aging is seen as a limitation. We see it as a launchpad,"
Leon Grundstein, Founder & CEO, GenCare Lifestyle

The Research Behind GenCare’s Whole Life Living™ Philosophy

Social and physical engagement is essential to healthy aging. Key findings include:

  • High social engagement reduces the risk of death by 42% among older adults¹
  • Older adults with strong social ties show slower biological aging, better cardiovascular health, and lower rates of depression²
  • Adults taking 8,000+ steps daily reduce their risk of death by 51%³

GenCare’s Whole Life Living™ program integrates these evidence-based pillars into daily life—helping residents eat better, move better, think better, and live better.
